Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription to JK Tour CRM. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
1. No-Refund Policy
All payments made to JK Tour CRM — including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, renewals, and any add-on charges — are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged, whether in full or in part.
2. Evaluate Before You Buy
We encourage every agency to review our features, pricing and policies before subscribing, so that you can make an informed decision before any payment is made.
3. No Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, downgrades, account suspensions due to policy violations, or periods where you simply did not use the Service.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not trigger a refund for the current or any prior billing period. You retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you are charged in error — for example a verified duplicate charge or a technical billing fault on our side — contact us promptly and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors. This is the only exception to the no-refund rule.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact us at info@jktourcrm.com so we can resolve any billing concern directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.
