Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JK Tour CRM platform ("Service"), operated by Elyspace from Watergam, Jammu & Kashmir, India. By registering for an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or otherwise using JK Tour CRM, you agree to these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of a travel agency or company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Approval

JK Tour CRM is intended for registered travel businesses — DMCs, tour operators, and travel agencies. New registrations are reviewed and may require admin approval before activation. You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for keeping it up to date.

3. Subscription

Continued access to JK Tour CRM requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual) and are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JK Tour CRM to send spam, store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content, attempt to breach platform security, resell access without authorisation, or operate any business that violates Indian law. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this clause, without refund.

6. Your Data & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the client records, itineraries, proposals, leads, invoices, and documents you create or upload. We process this data solely to operate the Service for you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep JK Tour CRM available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Third-party outages (payment gateways, messaging, AI providers) are outside our control.

8. Fees & Non-Refundable Payments

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy before subscribing. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JK Tour CRM and Elyspace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost bookings, or loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
